Panache Collections offers designer artificial jewellery for sale.
We have priced our products to the best of our knowledge; however, prices may be subject to changes during schemes or promotions.
Policies may be updated according to market conditions, and we encourage customers to review them before making purchases.
We conduct quality checks and ensure that product images are taken with the utmost attention to detail. Please perform your checks before placing an order with us.

3. Pricing

Prices for our products are displayed on the website and may change during promotional periods or special offers.
We aim to ensure accurate pricing, but prices may vary, especially during special schemes or discounts.

4. Orders and Payment

When you place an order through our website, you agree that all information provided is accurate.
Orders are subject to acceptance, and we reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion.
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase through the available payment methods.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver only within India.
Within Kerala: Free delivery is offered for orders above ₹1000.
Rest of India (Outside Kerala): Free delivery is available for orders above ₹2000.
For orders below these thresholds, standard shipping charges will apply and will be displayed at checkout.
Delivery times typically range from 5 to 7 business days, depending on location and external factors. You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
We currently do not offer international delivery.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Before Dispatch: If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, you can do so by contacting us at panachecollection1308@gmail.com or calling 6282-623305. In this case, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.
After Dispatch: Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. However, if the product is damaged during transit, you may initiate a return.
Returns: A replacement will only be provided if the product is damaged during transit. An unboxing video is mandatory as proof.
The damaged product must be returned within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.
Credit Note: We do not provide refunds except for cancellations before dispatch. Instead, we issue credit notes equal to the value of the returned product. These credit notes can be used to purchase the same product or any other product of equal value from our store.
Credit notes are non-transferable and must be used within the validity period.

7. Website Use

We have made the utmost attempt to ensure that your purchase experience is smooth and seamless. However, if you face any issues while using the website, please contact us via email or phone, and we will promptly assist in resolving the issue.
