Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Panache Collections, we aim to provide a smooth shopping experience. Please review our cancellation and refund policy below:

1. Order Cancellation

Before Dispatch: If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, you can do so by contacting us at panachecollection1308@gmail.com or calling 6282623305. In this case, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.
After Dispatch: Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you may initiate a return if the product is damaged during transit.

2. Returns and Replacements

We offer replacements only if the product is damaged during transit. The following conditions must be met:

Opening Video: An unboxing video must be provided as proof of the damaged product upon delivery.
Return Timeframe: You must notify us and return the product within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.
Replacement: A replacement will be provided for the same product, or if the product is unavailable, a credit note will be issued for the same value.

3. Credit Note Policy

We do not offer refunds except for cancellations before dispatch. Instead, we issue a credit note equal to the value of the returned product.
A credit note can be used to purchase the same product or any other product of equivalent value from our store.
Credit notes are non-transferable and must be used within the validity period provided at the time of issuance.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or credit note:

Items that have been used, worn, or altered.
Items returned without an unboxing video as proof of damage.
Items not returned within the specified 24-hour window.
