At Panache Collections, we are committed to delivering your orders across India. Please review the following guidelines for our shipping and delivery process.

1. Delivery Locations

We offer delivery throughout India. Please note that we currently do not offer international shipping.

2. Free Delivery

Within Kerala: Free delivery is available for orders above ₹1000.
Rest of India (Outside Kerala): Free delivery is available for orders above ₹2000.
Orders below these amounts will incur standard shipping charges, which will be displayed at checkout.

3. Dispatch and Delivery Time

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation.
Delivery Time: Standard delivery takes 5-7 business days, depending on your location. Delays may occur due to public holidays or unforeseen factors.

4. Delivery Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details to monitor the status of your delivery.

5. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, a second attempt will be made. If the order remains undelivered, it will be returned to us, and we will contact you to arrange reshipping at an additional cost.

6. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives with visible damage, please do not accept the delivery. Contact us immediately at panachecollection1308@gmail.com, and we will arrange for a replacement.
